４月７日（土）午後６時から１時間ぐらい、松本市中央公民館(こいこい松本の会場）６Fホールです。内容は1. ビデオによる内容紹介、2. 今年の準備の進め方説明、3. 申込受付などです。ぜひ、どうぞ！

Contents: Introduction of this festival using DVD, Explanation how to produce the Koikoi-Matsumoto, Apply to the staff, etc
